Thunderbolt Rewards™ Terms

1. Program Overview

Thunderbolt Rewards™ is The Greek’s customer loyalty program. Eligible members may earn Thunderbolts on qualifying purchases made at participating The Greek locations and through approved digital ordering channels.

Thunderbolts may be converted into rewards and may also be used in connection with discounts, complimentary menu items, merchandise, promotional offers, and other program benefits offered from time to time.

2. Definition of Thunderbolts

“Thunderbolts” means the promotional loyalty units earned through participation in Thunderbolt Rewards™. The lightning-bolt symbol “⚡” may also be used in our mobile application, website, marketing materials, and program communications to represent Thunderbolts.

Thunderbolts:

• Are promotional loyalty units only
• Are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or financial instruments
• Have no cash value
• May be earned and used only as permitted by the program
• May be subject to expiration, earning limits, redemption limits, and promotional restrictions
• May not be sold, transferred, assigned, refunded, or exchanged for cash except where required by law

3. Eligibility

Participation is available to eligible customers who provide accurate enrollment information and are legally permitted to participate in loyalty programs in their jurisdiction.

Participation in Thunderbolt Rewards™ is voluntary.

4. Enrollment

You may enroll in Thunderbolt Rewards™ through The Greek mobile application, website, online ordering system, in-store enrollment process, or another approved enrollment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information current.

5. New-Member Bonus

Eligible new members may receive 25 Thunderbolts after successfully creating a Thunderbolt Rewards™ account.

The new-member bonus is limited to one qualifying bonus per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, fraudulent, or improperly created accounts may be disqualified and any related Thunderbolts may be removed.

6. Earning Thunderbolts

Members generally earn one Thunderbolt for every eligible $1 spent on qualifying purchases at participating The Greek locations and through approved ordering channels.

Thunderbolts are generally calculated on the eligible purchase subtotal after discounts and before taxes, tips, fees, and excluded items, unless otherwise stated.

Fractional Thunderbolts may be rounded, accumulated, or calculated according to the technical settings of the loyalty platform.

Thunderbolts may take time to appear in your account after a transaction is completed.

7. Double Thunderbolts on Mobile-App Orders

Eligible orders placed directly through The Greek mobile application earn double Thunderbolts, subject to these Terms and any additional restrictions displayed in the app or with a specific promotion.

For example, an eligible $10 purchase placed through The Greek mobile application may earn 20 Thunderbolts instead of the standard 10 Thunderbolts.

Orders placed through third-party delivery services, third-party marketplaces, or other non-approved channels may not qualify for double Thunderbolts.

8. Per-Order Earning Maximum

A maximum of 250 Thunderbolts may be earned from a single qualifying order, including any standard, bonus, or double-Thunderbolt earning amounts, unless otherwise expressly stated.

9. Excluded Purchases

Unless otherwise stated, Thunderbolts are not earned on:

• Alcohol purchases
• Taxes
• Tips
• Delivery fees
• Service fees
• Third-party delivery platform fees
• Gift card purchases
• Refunded, reversed, voided, or canceled orders
• Purchases made through non-participating locations or channels
• Other excluded items identified in the mobile application, website, offer, or promotion

Certain discounted or promotional purchases may also be excluded or may earn Thunderbolts at a modified rate.

10. Automatic $5 OFF Reward

When a member reaches 75 Thunderbolts, a $5 OFF Reward is automatically added to the member’s account.

At that time, the active Thunderbolt counter immediately resets to zero, and the member begins earning toward the next reward.

The member does not need to redeem the $5 OFF Reward before beginning to earn Thunderbolts toward another reward.

11. Automatic Counter Reset

Thunderbolts cannot accumulate above 75 in the active Thunderbolt counter.

Each time the member reaches the 75-Thunderbolt threshold, a $5 OFF Reward is issued automatically and the active counter immediately restarts at zero.

Rewards already issued remain in the member’s account until redeemed, expired, removed due to account adjustment, or otherwise handled according to these Terms.

12. Redeeming Rewards

$5 OFF Rewards and other program rewards may be redeemed only at participating The Greek locations and through approved ordering channels.

Rewards may be subject to:

• Expiration dates
• Minimum-purchase requirements
• Eligible-item restrictions
• Location restrictions
• Ordering-channel restrictions
• Account-status requirements
• Limits on combining rewards, discounts, coupons, or promotions

Only one reward may be permitted per transaction unless otherwise stated.

13. No Cash Value

Thunderbolts, rewards, credits, discounts, and promotional offers have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred, assigned, refunded, or used as payment except as expressly permitted by the program or required by law.

14. Expiration

Thunderbolts, $5 OFF Rewards, complimentary-item rewards, birthday rewards, promotional rewards, credits, and offers may expire if not used within the applicable period displayed in the account, mobile application, offer, or promotion.

Inactive accounts may be closed, and unused Thunderbolts or rewards may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

15. Participating Locations

Thunderbolt Rewards™ may be available only at participating The Greek locations and approved digital ordering channels.

Participation, earning rates, redemption options, mobile-app benefits, and available offers may vary by location or ordering channel.

16. Promotions, Merchandise, and Bonus Offers

From time to time, we may offer bonus Thunderbolts, complimentary food or sweets, merchandise rewards, birthday rewards, limited-time promotions, exclusive offers, or other special program benefits.

These offers may be subject to additional:

• Eligibility requirements
• Purchase requirements
• Redemption limits
• Expiration dates
• Location restrictions
• Ordering-channel restrictions
• Product or inventory availability

17. Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments

If a qualifying purchase is canceled, refunded, reversed, voided, disputed, or otherwise adjusted, any Thunderbolts earned from that transaction may be removed from the member’s account.

If a refund or adjustment results in a negative Thunderbolt balance, future Thunderbolts may be applied toward that negative balance.

If Thunderbolts or rewards were used on a canceled or refunded transaction, The Greek may determine whether the Thunderbolts or rewards will be restored.

18. Missing Thunderbolts

If you believe Thunderbolts were not properly credited, contact us and provide available transaction information, including the location, date, purchase amount, and receipt details.

Requests for missing Thunderbolts may be subject to verification and must be submitted within a reasonable period after the qualifying purchase.

19. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity associated with your Thunderbolt Rewards™ account.

You may not share, sell, transfer, duplicate, or misuse your account, Thunderbolts, rewards, discounts, promotional offers, login credentials, or account-identifying information.

20. Account Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel rewards, refuse redemptions, adjust or reverse Thunderbolts, or deny participation if we believe there has been:

• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Duplicate account creation
• Unauthorized account access
• Manipulation of transactions or receipts
• Misuse of signup bonuses or promotions
• Improper sharing or transfer of accounts or rewards
• Abuse of the mobile application or loyalty platform
• A violation of these Terms

21. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Thunderbolt Rewards™ at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes may include:

• Earning rates
• Mobile-app multipliers
• Thunderbolt thresholds
• Reward values
• Eligible purchases
• Excluded purchases
• Per-order earning limits
• Redemption rules
• Expiration rules
• Participating locations
• Available rewards and benefits

Updated Terms may be posted on this page. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Communications

By participating in Thunderbolt Rewards™, you may receive program-related communications, including account updates, Thunderbolt balance information, reward notifications, transaction-related messages, and important changes to the program.

Promotional SMS or email messages may require separate consent and are subject to applicable SMS Terms & Conditions, privacy disclosures, and opt-out rights.

23. Privacy

Information collected through Thunderbolt Rewards™ is handled according to The Greek’s Privacy Policy.

24. Account Termination

You may stop participating in Thunderbolt Rewards™ by contacting us and requesting closure of your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account if the member violates these Terms, misuses the program, engages in fraudulent activity, or if Thunderbolt Rewards™ is discontinued.

Upon account closure or termination, unused Thunderbolts and rewards may be canceled or forfeited, subject to applicable law.

25. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Thunderbolt Rewards™ is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Greek, Kalamaki 625 Corp, Kalamaki 111 Corp, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for expired Thunderbolts, expired rewards, unavailable offers, delayed account updates, technical errors, interrupted service, lost account access, mobile-application issues, program modifications, or other losses related to participation in Thunderbolt Rewards™.
