Thunderbolt Rewards™ Terms

These Thunderbolt Rewards™ Terms & Conditions govern participation in The Greek’s loyalty rewards program.
The Greek is operated by Kalamaki 625 Corp and affiliated entities operating under The Greek brand, including Kalamaki 111 Corp.
1. Program Overview
Thunderbolt Rewards™ is a loyalty program that allows eligible customers to earn and redeem points, rewards, discounts, offers, and other promotional benefits at participating The Greek locations and approved digital ordering channels.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to eligible customers who provide accurate enrollment information and are legally permitted to participate in loyalty programs in their jurisdiction.
Participation in Thunderbolt Rewards™ is voluntary.
3. Enrollment
You may enroll in Thunderbolt Rewards™ through our website, mobile application, online ordering system, in-store enrollment process, or other approved method.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity associated with your Thunderbolt Rewards™ account.
You may not share, sell, transfer, duplicate, or misuse your account, rewards, points, or offers.
5. Earning Rewards
Rewards may be earned on eligible purchases at participating The Greek locations or through approved ordering channels.
Eligible purchases, earning rates, point values, and reward structures may vary by location, promotion, ordering method, or program update.
6. Excluded Purchases
Unless otherwise stated, rewards may not be earned on:
- Taxes
- Tips
- Delivery fees
- Service fees
- Third-party delivery platform fees
- Gift card purchases
- Discounted or promotional items
- Refunded or canceled orders
- Purchases made through non-participating channels
7. Redeeming Rewards
Rewards may be redeemed only as permitted by the applicable offer, program rules, participating location, and approved ordering channel.
Rewards are subject to availability and may be limited by date, time, menu item, location, or account status.
8. No Cash Value
Rewards, points, credits, discounts, and offers have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or assigned except where required by law.
9. Expiration
Rewards, points, credits, or offers may expire if not used within the applicable time period stated in the offer or program rules.
Inactive accounts may be closed and unused rewards may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
10. Participating Locations
Thunderbolt Rewards™ may be available only at participating The Greek locations and approved digital ordering channels.
Participation, earning rules, redemption options, and available offers may vary by location.
11. Promotions and Bonus Offers
From time to time, we may offer bonus rewards, limited-time promotions, birthday rewards, exclusive offers, or other special benefits.
Such offers may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and location limitations.
12. Account Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel rewards, refuse redemptions, reverse points, or deny participation if we believe there has been fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, duplicate account creation, misuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.
13. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Thunderbolt Rewards™ at any time, including earning rates, reward values, eligible purchases, redemption rules, expiration rules, participating locations, and available benefits.
14. Communications
By participating in Thunderbolt Rewards™, you may receive program-related communications, including account updates, rewards notifications, and transaction-related messages.
Marketing messages may require separate consent and may be subject to separate SMS or email terms.
15. Privacy
Information collected through Thunderbolt Rewards™ is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
16. Termination
You may stop participating in Thunderbolt Rewards™ at any time by contacting us or discontinuing use of your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or if the program is discontinued.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Greek, Kalamaki 625 Corp, Kalamaki 111 Corp, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expired reward, unavailable offer, technical issue, or program modification related to Thunderbolt Rewards™.
